Tony Riso Company was founded in 1974 by Anthony Riso whose distinguished career in the dental products industry began with Cavitron® Corporation serving in many capacities both before and after its acquisition by Dentsply® International, Inc. While the company has changed owners in the intervening years.

For over  35 years Tony Riso Company has introduced many ultrasonic innovations including the Titanium Implant Scaler (TIS), Model 25/30 multifunction scaler unit, P-100 perio set with spring steel nozzle and other specialty ultrasonic inserts.
